• The client portal and administrative review area use role-based access permissions — each party can access only their authorized projects and documents.
• Connections to this website use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) provided by the hosting platform.
• We do not claim security certifications beyond what is actually implemented by our platform and processes.

• AI models operated by external service providers may be used to support computational analysis. Client submissions are processed only as needed to perform the agreed research work.
• We apply research safety screening and do not submit prohibited content for AI processing.
• Final client reports always pass documented human scientific review before delivery — an unreviewed AI-generated report is never released.

• Client intellectual property remains the property of the client.
• We claim no ownership of client ideas, data, or research directions shared with us for analysis.
• We do not sell confidential client information — to anyone, ever.

• Every final client report records the scientific reviewer identity, the approval date, and the document version.
• Where PhD specialist review is required by the agreed scope, only a genuinely engaged, appropriately qualified expert is assigned.
• Human scientific review is not a substitute for laboratory or clinical validation.

• Submission records and files are retained only as long as needed for the project and its records.
• Clients may request deletion of their submission data at any time via the contact page; deletion is processed and confirmed.

• Hosting and storage: this website and its data storage run on the Base44 platform (including its authentication, database, and file-storage services).
• AI services: computational analysis may use AI models provided through the platform's AI integrations.
• Data collection: we collect only the information you provide in forms (name/organization, business email, project details, uploaded documents) and standard technical records needed to operate the site.
