• Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC provides computational, in-silico research services: research blueprints, bioinformatics analysis, mathematical modeling, Python workflows, and AI-assisted analysis.
• All deliverables are research documents and computational models. They are not medical products, are not intended for clinical use, and have not been validated through wet-lab, animal, or human testing.
• Nothing delivered or published constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or regulatory approval, or a claim of safety or efficacy.
• Human scientific review is a quality process — it is not a substitute for laboratory or clinical validation.

• Client submissions and documents are treated as confidential and are never published or sold.
• Project handling follows our Confidentiality and Privacy Policy pages.
• Stated confidentiality preferences (e.g. NDA required) are honored; additional agreements may be signed before work begins.

• Client intellectual property shared with us remains the property of the client.
• Website content, research designs, frameworks, and templates produced and published by Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC remain the property of Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Publicly posted research content on community pages represents the views of its authors and is labeled as such; it is not necessarily peer-reviewed or validated by Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC.

• You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, unsafe for AI processing, or that includes patient identifiers or data you are not authorized to share.
• We apply research safety screening and may decline or discontinue any project that violates safety, legality, or professional standards.
• You may not attempt to access private areas, other clients' projects, or administrative functions.

• A project submission or quote request is not a commitment to perform work; scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed before any engagement.
• Computational research results are provided "as is" for research purposes; Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its research documents.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
