Research Blueprints
Structured, reproducible research packages for antibiotic-resistance and drug-discovery programs — evidence first, hypotheses labeled.
Every finding is labeled by evidence tier
Published measurement
A value reported in a verified source (literature, patent, or public database), with the citation recorded in the deliverable.
Computational result
A value produced by our documented scripts or notebooks (descriptors, alignments, scores), with tool versions and settings recorded.
Interpretation
Our reading of the evidence — clearly attributed, never presented as measured data.
Hypothesis
A testable proposal that must be confirmed by experiment. Always labeled, never mixed with results.
- ✓A detected resistance gene is an organism-level finding — it is never presented as a clinical susceptibility result. Phenotypic susceptibility must come from a measured test.
- ✓Molecular properties and docking scores are hypothesis-generating — they are never presented as proof of drug efficacy or safety.
- ✓Every report states which database versions, tool versions, and settings were used, and whether each step completed.
- ✓Where a report applies the R5CF or R10CF framework, the exact version and checkpoint definitions used are stated in the report itself.
Antibiotic Resistance & Antibacterial Drug Research
Organized, citable evidence on resistance determinants, antibacterial targets, and evidence gaps — gene findings never presented as clinical susceptibility.

Proposed price test — scope confirmed with you before any purchase.
Best for: Research groups, graduate students, and clinical microbiology teams starting an AMR evidence project.
Scoped Antibiotic-Resistance Research Report
A scoped, citable resistance-evidence review for your organisms.
Proposed price test — scope confirmed with you before any purchase.
Best for: PIs, clinical labs, and R&D teams needing an organized, referenced AMR evidence review for a defined organism or gene set.
New Drug Discovery & Development Research
One research question and therapeutic approach per blueprint, with target evidence, compound analysis, and measured vs computational findings kept separate.

Genuine sample report excerpts
Exactly how purchased reports organize findings. Each purchased package ships as one delivery: the promised report (PDF), CSV tables, figures, the Python notebook or scripts actually used, a README, environment instructions with pinned tool versions, references, license notices, and a review record. Completed analyses are run and checked before delivery; example outputs, starter code, failed steps, and planned modules are clearly labeled.
Sample excerpt — AMR evidence table
Illustrative example output. Every purchased report ships this structure filled with your scope’s verified data.
| Item | Evidence tier | Source | Reported value / result | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| blaCTX-M-1 gene detected in an E. coli genome record | Published measurement | Public resistance database + primary literature | Present (organism-level) | Verified — citation recorded |
| Ciprofloxacin MIC for the same isolate | — | — | Not inferred from gene finding | Gap: gene presence does not establish clinical susceptibility — requires a measured phenotypic test |
| Docking score, compound X vs target Y | Computational result | Documented docking run (method + settings recorded) | −8.2 kcal/mol (example) | Hypothesis-generating only — not proof of activity |
| Compound X proposed as a candidate inhibitor | Hypothesis | Our interpretation | Requires binding + activity confirmation | Labeled hypothesis; never reported as a result |
Sample excerpt — compound & target evidence table
Illustrative example output. Every purchased blueprint ships this structure filled with your scope’s verified data.
| Item | Evidence tier | Source | Reported value / result | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compound X (SMILES provided by customer) | Computational result | RDKit descriptor calculation (version recorded) | MW 356.4 · cLogP 3.1 · TPSA 72 Ų (example) | Descriptor only — no activity claim |
| IC50 vs target kinase | Published measurement | Primary literature | 48 nM (example) | Verified — citation recorded |
| Selectivity panel result | Published measurement | Vendor assay sheet (customer-provided) | 12× margin vs off-target panel (example) | Customer data — source noted |
| Compound X is a promising lead | Hypothesis | Our interpretation | Requires orthogonal potency + toxicity assays | Never mixed with measured results |
